Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with corridors without a view, needing maintenance. The location is ideal, only a 5-minute walk to the furthest point in Al-Haram, although there is a road between the hotel and the Haram. The dining experience was amazing, especially the pancakes, and the facilities are top-notch.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and neat but lacked usual amenities like slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and TV remote control. The furniture in the room was old. The service was exceptionally courteous, especially from staff like Rafeeq, Bambang, and Rashad. The location was good, being a few minutes' walk from the haram, but the hill may be challenging for elderly guests. The dining experience was more than adequate, although the breakfast was just ok.
Upon arriving, my room wasn't ready, and I was given a different one with an annoying smell. The hotel's location to the 10th floor was inconvenient, but the service staff was appreciatively kind. Despite a delayed check-in by half an hour, the proximity to Haram al-Makki was remarkable.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The location, although slightly far from Haram, was very pleasing and within walking distance, offering good value for money. The dining experience was enjoyable overall. I found the hotel to be a great choice for my stay.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering a view of the Haram extension and being very close to the gates of the grand mosque. The rooms, although not as expected from the pictures and a bit of a challenge to fit multiple people comfortably, served their purpose. The service, especially from the housekeeping staff, notably Moor ul Hassan, was outstanding. The dining experience had a good variety, but some limitations were present. Overall, a convenient location with great service.
The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were spacious and had excellent bathrooms, but there were little issues that needed fixing, making it feel below a 5-star standard. Unfortunately, VIP rooms seemed to be exclusively reserved and not accessible to regular guests like me, which was a letdown for families with young children.
The hotel is located on a hill, a bit challenging to move around but not too bad compared to other options available. It's close to Masjid Al Haraam, clean, but the check-in was slightly delayed. The hotel is connected to Al Haram and only a 5-minute walk away.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are very clean, with some minor maintenance issues. The service is mostly helpful but lacks some flexibility. The location is excellent for those visiting the Haram, although it may be challenging for older guests due to its elevation. The dining experience is fantastic, with delicious options albeit a bit pricey. Overall, a comfortable stay with great amenities.
The hotel was just okay for the amount of money paid. The rooms smelled of mildew and I had to be changed 3 times, which was not preferred. The service took hours to check me in despite having availability, but they were so friendly and cooperative in their prompt action against a complaint I discussed with them. The location is very convenient close to Haram, but uphill to walk back. The dining was great, especially Mr Rafeek treating us at breakfast.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and nice rooms, although my large size king bed wasn't ready on time. The service was friendly and attentive, though some room cleanliness aspects could be improved. The location was exceptional, away from noise, close to Haram and the restaurants area. The dining experience was great, especially after a tiring visit to the Haram.
The hotel room was nice, big enough, and clean, however, it was missing some essentials like slippers and shampoo. The service was very kind and accommodating, though there was some noise from adjacent rooms. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Haram, but not as extravagant as other 5-star hotels like the Royal Suite. The dining experience had plenty of options and was great, especially in Al Mustafa. Despite a few shortcomings, the hotel offers good value for money overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was superb, being very near to the Haram and with easy access to transportation, the room we initially received with a partial view to the Haram was not ideal for my family. The staff, however, was helpful in addressing our concerns and accommodating our needs. The dining experience was satisfactory but could use more variety, and the facilities were decent overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a good amount of sunshine and a beautiful view of the Haram, which was pleasant. However, the cleanliness was lacking as the room was not properly cleaned, with tea cups left out and beds not tidy.
The hotel offers brilliant rooms with rainfall showers and all amenities, spotless and clean, with welcoming staff. The service is very nice and attentive, especially with immediate action taken for requests. The location is good for easy access to King Fahad Gate, although further than stated, with great views of Haram and perfect breakfast. The dining experience is amazing with helpful servers and a variety of options, though they could focus more on Mexican dishes. The facilities are top-notch.
The hotel is conveniently located near Haram with uphill walk towards the hotel, making it great for those wanting quick access. The rooms had a partially clear view of Haram Sharif, but the persistent wifi issue was a letdown. The service, especially during busy sessions like Ramadan, started strong with daily treats but dwindled as cleaning standards slipped. Location gets a high rating for proximity to the Haram and Alkhalil court. The dining experience offered a fantastic menu with in-house fresh bread. Overall, a mixture of positives and negatives.
