The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms were spacious and had excellent bathrooms, but there were little issues that needed fixing, making it feel below a 5-star standard. Unfortunately, VIP rooms seemed to be exclusively reserved and not accessible to regular guests like me, which was a letdown for families with young children.

The hotel is located on a hill, a bit challenging to move around but not too bad compared to other options available. It's close to Masjid Al Haraam, clean, but the check-in was slightly delayed. The hotel is connected to Al Haram and only a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel offers spacious rooms that are very clean, with some minor maintenance issues. The service is mostly helpful but lacks some flexibility. The location is excellent for those visiting the Haram, although it may be challenging for older guests due to its elevation. The dining experience is fantastic, with delicious options albeit a bit pricey. Overall, a comfortable stay with great amenities.

The hotel was just okay for the amount of money paid. The rooms smelled of mildew and I had to be changed 3 times, which was not preferred. The service took hours to check me in despite having availability, but they were so friendly and cooperative in their prompt action against a complaint I discussed with them. The location is very convenient close to Haram, but uphill to walk back. The dining was great, especially Mr Rafeek treating us at breakfast.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and nice rooms, although my large size king bed wasn't ready on time. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was superb, being very near to the Haram and with easy access to transportation, the room we initially received with a partial view to the Haram was not ideal for my family. The staff, however, was helpful in addressing our concerns and accommodating our needs. The dining experience was satisfactory but could use more variety, and the facilities were decent overall.

Location gets a high rating for proximity to the Haram and Alkhalil court. The dining experience offered a fantastic menu with in-house fresh bread. Overall, a mixture of positives and negatives.
